Write the quote from your own template blocks and send it as a PDF with a link. The customer ticks the extras they want (screens, tracks, skylights, a gutter clean), signs and it's a job waiting to be booked.

Is Nozl made for window cleaning businesses?
Yes. It was built for exterior cleaning: window cleaning, house and soft washing, pressure washing, roof treatments and gutter cleaning. Repeat bookings, quotes with extras like screens and tracks, and a crew app that works without signal are all built for how window cleaning rounds actually run.
Can I put customers on a regular window cleaning round?
Yes. A repeat booking runs every so many weeks, months or years, with visits that take turns (outside only, then inside and outside, say), each priced with the customer's plan discount. Every visit is pencilled in to the end of next year, and Repeat bookings shows what's overdue, due and coming up so you can call and book them.
Does it work for a one-person window cleaning business?
Yes. Solo is $99 a month including GST for the owner and one more person, with quotes, the calendar, repeat bookings, the field app, invoices and payments. Team ($299 a month) adds crews, door knocking, commissions, equipment and lead forms.
Can customers pay by card?
Yes, through your own Stripe account. Invoices are emailed with a Pay now button, and the crew can take a card payment on the job. Payments by EFTPOS, cash and bank transfer are recorded too, and everything can go to Xero.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan starts with 7 days free. Your card goes in at sign-up and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
